![]() ![]() Both of these options can be used at night without interrupting the animal’s day/night cycle: Radiant heat panels do a good job of dispersing heat inside larger PVC cages. These produce heat, but do not emit light. Radiant Heat Panels/CHEs: Overhead heating elements, such as radiant heat panels and ceramic heat emitters may also be used. We’ve had great success using regulated heat pads to rehab ball pythons that are refusing to eat or suffering from chronic dysecdysis. They also do not dry out the air and don’t give off any bright lights, which may make some ball pythons more stressed. ![]() These are safe to use and keep the hot spot at a consistent temperature. Heat Pads: We personally favor using under tank heat pads controlled by reptile thermostats. We’ve listed a few of the commonly used options below: We recommend a hot spot of 88-90☏ and a cool side of 72-80☏. Several different heat sources can be used for ball pythons. If you observe these types of behaviors in your ball python, you should consider using a style of cage with more height. While most of the ball pythons we’ve gotten in would do fine in a rack set-up, we have had some that are very active and exhibit climbing behaviors. In addition, ball pythons have different personalities and preferences. Unfortunately, racks cannot be used with overhead heating sources, so if you are planning on going that route you will need to pick another caging option. We also strongly prefer clear bins that allow the snake to still have a day/night light cycle. However, bigger is always better and there are racks with larger tubs available both commercially and custom-made! The ARS 9706 rack has 50 gallon tubs and there are even custom-racks available that utilize Christmas tree bins. Personally, we think 41 qt rack tubs should be the absolute bare minimum for an adult ball python. However, we are of the opinion that if used they should be large and enriched. Racks: Racks have been used successfully by ball python keepers and breeders for many years. Some ball pythons may feel too exposed in a tank because of the transparent sides, so you may have to paint the sides or cover them up with paper or vinyl contact paper. If you’re having issues with low humidity in a tank, try switching to a bin instead. Use one of the substrates listed below and mist a few times a week to keep humidity at the appropriate level. You should cover up about 80-90% of the screen top with thick plastic sheeting, plexiglass, or aluminum foil tape to keep the humidity in. If you choose to use a tank for your ball python, we recommend a 40 gallon breeder minimum for an adult and would recommend going bigger if possible. We receive many surrendered ball pythons that were being kept in tanks with varying degrees of stuck shed, retained eyecaps, or dry, wrinkled scales. They take a lot of modification to make the snake feel secure and hold humidity appropriately. Tanks: Tanks, or aquariums, are probably the most difficult type of enclosure to make work for a ball python. ![]() ![]() It’s infinitely flexible, easily sustainable, and does not get in the way of how residents typically function about the structure. It’s the perfect complement for an outstanding construction management software that informed partners are employing in their own works. With multiple stakeholders able to exist in a virtual structure, issues are ironed out and addressed in the quickest time possible, eliminating the need to pass around multiple documents and proofs for approval and the like. This will help you integrate your collaboration app with other external applications you use on a daily basis. A good collaboration application will offer workflow automation features. ![]() Once you've decided what to automate and how you want it automated, you need to find the right automation tool to help implement it. Pick the method that will help you use the automation to its fullest potential. You could set up an automation in your help desk software for a weekly report to be delivered to your inbox, or you could bring all the details from your help desk into a widget inside your communication app. Now that you know what task has to be automated, the next step is to find out how you can automate it. A cumulative weekly report of the number of support tickets closed by every support executive that week would help you study your team performance better. For example, let's say you're a support lead and you need to monitor the performance of your support executives. Analyze these tasks to see if they are repetitive or have a pattern to automate. The key to getting started with automation is to first identify the tasks that are eating up your time. Identify tasks that are repetitive and consume most of your time But where do you start with automation? Here's a list of recommended steps to give you a better understanding of how you can start automating your tasks:ġ. Repetitive tasks, administrative work, and any manual task with a set pattern can be automated. A study conducted by WorkMarket states that almost 31% of business leaders agree that automation leads to reduction in labor costs. If executed properly, this can help cut down on labor expenses in certain businesses. In this case, you can set up milestone and goal reminders, to be delivered either through an email or a simple notification, in order to keep your team on track throughout the project lifecycle to avoid any bottlenecks or roadblocks.Īrtificial intelligence is commonly used in automation, and this helps reduce the need for a large workforce, as the software helps get the job done. Keeping an eye on the deadlines could be difficult if you have to double-check every task manually. Most teams use a project management tool to track their tasks and deadlines. This way you can see more context at a glance, save time switching tabs, and get more done. For example, if you use a CRM and help desk tool, you could set up workflows to sync yourhelp desk information with your CRM. Workflow automation helps you bring data from other applications into one space, making it easier to manage that information more efficiently. Monotonous tasks can also hamper your creativity, which could disrupt your productivity. If you save a lot of time, you get more time to do quality work. Productivity and time management are directly related. However, a simple automation system like scheduling a week's worth of posts at once would help you get your job done well in advance, saving both time and worry. You need to be available at a particular time to post it, no matter what, or you are going to miss it.You would have to keep the content ready and press the "Post" button at the right time. You need to keep a watch on your clock.Let's discuss the pros and cons of having to do it manually: Would you rather schedule all the posts you have planned for that week ahead of time, or would it be comfortable to manually post it everyday at the same time? Imagine you have a daily task of posting a tweet on Twitter. Although the implementation may need the help of skilled individuals to get your workflow automation established, your system should be close to self-sufficient once it's up and running-which saves time and money for the entire organization. The benefits are straightforward when it comes to automation. ![]() The market, which was valued at $8.07 Billion in 2019, is set to reach $39.49 Billion by 2027. The workflow automation market has grown leaps and bounds in recent years as more and more businesses are looking to incorporate task automation as a part of their day-to-day activities. If done correctly, you can reap great rewards using workflow and task automation. It isn't possible to eliminate the mundane, repetitive tasks completely from our workload as they form a formidable part of it, but there's always a way to save time. Another study also stated that time wasted on repetitive tasks that could be automated was over 40 percent. According to an ABBYY survey, UK employees were losing 40 working days a year each on tasks that could be automated. Do you spend a lot of time doing repetitive tasks every day? Do these tasks consume quite a chunk of your productive time? ![]() ![]() ![]() And with that, Henry V gets underway, with all of the ‘mighty monarchies’ and actions of ‘warlike Harry’ that he had promised his ‘muse of fire’ to make possible. ![]() The Chorus concludes his Prologue, and makes way for the action of Act 1. So hearing the play was, in many ways, more important even than having a good view. He entreats the audience to accept him as the commentator on the history they will witness, begging their patience as they hear (and, he hopes, kindly judge) the play put before them.Ĭraik notes that it was ‘the usual Shakespearean expression’ to refer to hearing rather than seeing a play, and this is one reason why Shakespeare’s language is so rich with imagery: to summon forth into the audience’s imaginations the spectacle of what cannot be literally put before them, such as those vast armies and battles. The play must condense the action (which took place over a number of years) into a play that runs for just a few hours. So the playgoers’ imaginations must deck out the kings portrayed on stage, and imagine them travelling from place to place and jumping forward over several months and years. The Chorus concludes his speech by referring to the illusion of all theatre: ultimately, every play involves the audience’s participation in the creation of the illusion, and letting their imagination supply what cannot be presented literally on stage. That difficult, necessary, transcendent will to weave is what the great Caribbean poet, playwright, essayist, and Nobel laureate Derek Walcott (January 23, 1930March 17, 2017) explores in a stirring 1974 essay titled The Muse of History, found in his essay collection What the Twilight Says ( public library ).
